A Zora queen, rare amongst the tribe. It seems as though a Zora king was also intended to appear, as can be seen in these design sketches.
Her legs resemble fabric. It’s unclear whether or not her body is hidden inside, and she flutters about sadly.

The tip of her body resembles trailing cloth. It flutters constantly.
Her face is severe, but somehow sad. She almost looks as though she could cry.
He breathes violently through his nose.

The son of Rutela. Looking at the multiple patterns in his design sketches, one might say that a lot of thought went into the look of his necklace.
